On 6 February 2022, Queen Elizabeth II, the world’s longest reigning monarch, becomes the first British monarch to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee. The Royal Mint is paying tribute with a series of gold and silver proof coins. A few platinum coins are also struck for the occasion. Also available are the Jubilee coins issued by other countries.
